Healthcare of the Far East has serious difficulties and cannot provide to a full extent all required types of medical services in necessary volumes to all the population of the Far East. One of the most important steps aimed at provision accessible a high quality medical service is creating a strategy of selection, training and allocation of human personnel resources to different healthcare providers.
